Welcome to the Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS)!
This secured HRMIS is an online-tool use to manage PGMO employees' records and posting of transactions such as leave and payroll. It enables PGMO employees, Admin. Officers, and Head of Offices to have easy-access of employees' information and facilitate processing of employment transactions.
On the left side is the HRMIS Main Menu to wit;
1. Personnel Information System
- updating/printing of Personal Data Sheet (PDS)
- assignment of employee numbers and employment details
2. Time and Attendance Monitoring
- viewing/printing of Daily Time Record (DTR)
- setting of holidays, official travel and other attendance related transactions
- printing of accumulated undertime of employees
3. Leave Application and Management
- use to submit leave application and its approval processes
- printing of approved leave application
- Leave Tracking, Leave Index viewing
